Talk presenters: To stay on schedule, we will use the full 30 minute for each session. Your talk should wrap up in 20 minutes, and the remaining time will be used for Q & A. We will have chairs hold visual signs with “10 minutes, 5 minutes, 1 minute, and time up” written on them so that you aware how many minutes are left.

Poster presenters: The poster size must be 36 x 48 (inches) or smaller. These posters will be put up on the wall so that attendees can see all the posters easily at once.
